Therapy Services
Caregiver Support
Whether you provide care full time or support someone a few hours a week, it requires steady emotional and physical energy. Over time, that responsibility can lead to exhaustion, stress, and feeling overwhelmed. Caregiver support therapy offers a safe, confidential space just for you.
It is a place to process your feelings, manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild your strength.
Grief and Loss Therapy
Grief is not only something we experience after losing someone we love. It can also be ambiguous, anticipatory, or disenfranchised by others—quietly unfolding in uncertainty, in the fear of what may come, or in losses that go unseen or unacknowledged—yet it is still deeply real and profoundly felt.
In this space, we will focus on acknowledging and validating those feelings, while building supportive coping tools and prioritizing your care and well-being.
Bereavement Therapy
Losing a loved one can bring intense emotions, deep sadness, and profound change. Bereavement therapy provides a compassionate space to process grief, better understand your loss, and develop healthy coping strategies.
Together, we work to find ways to adjust to life after loss while honoring the memory of the person you love.
End-of-Life Support
Facing the end of your life usually involves a mixture of feelings, including fear, sadness, anger, and uncertainty. Therapy provides a supportive space to talk openly about this experience and the emotional, psychological, and practical aspects of everything it encompasses.
My role is to offer compassionate nonjudemntal presence as you process these emotions and navigate your end-of-life journey.
